    CGI Space Netherlands is looking for a quality assurance consultant to join our client based location in France. 

    Your day to day activities 
    As a quality assurance consultant you will provide quality and product assurance support to client and work with their teams to ensure that quality is included in their work ethic. Your main tasks are maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting the preparation and review of document deliveries related to milestones, facilitate implementation of risk management, supporting activities of Anomaly Review Boards and Change Control Boards and gap analysis, business process modelling and action plan proposals. 

    Things you need to be successful 
    You are motivated by the opportunity to work within the Space domain. You have good interpersonal skills and perfect communication skills in English, speaking and writing (preferably also in French). You also have: 

    • A relevant Bachelor or Master degree; 
    • General experience as quality engineer of a minimum of 3 years; 
    • Proven participation in ISO9001 related quality management within the last 2 years. Quality management experience provided shall include proof of ability to synthesize relevant information in support of decision-making processes and/or quality assurance experience in drafting reports and management recommendations; 
    • Proven participation in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems including the application of ISO27001 standards; 
    • At least 1 year of experience in applying the ISO9001, is a plus; 
    • EU passport. 

    ** A EU Personal Security Clearance at the level of CONFIDENTIAL and above is part of the selection procedure. 

    Your working environment 
    With almost 40 years in the industry, CGI Space is a growing business with exciting projects and prospects across the Navigation, Security, Earth Observation and Satcoms domains. We currently have around 500 members working on projects in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands. You will get the opportunity to work for Galileo. Galileo is Europe’s own global satellite system and currently consists of a constellation of 22 satellites. It is capable of providing a highly accurate, guaranteed global positioning service under civilian control. The system is still under development and has recently entered the Exploitation Phase. Our team is responsible for the development of the Key Management Facility of the Galileo Mission Segment. 

    Your main base office will be located in Rotterdam and you will be working on our client based location in France.
