    Your day to day activities 
    As SatCom Engineer you will be working in various projects in the satellite communications domain and work with clients in the institutional and commercial domain. With your knowledge you are in the position to understand the customers’ requirements and translate these into system designs. The main focus of CGI is at the ICT and the security aspects of the system. You have to be self-propelled and be a leader in the domain. You are also able to guide your fellow colleagues with your domain knowledge. You have to be willing to work in an international team. 

    Your responsibilities will include: 
    • Performing and analyzing Risk and Cost analyses; 
    • Create and validate designs ; 
    • Validate requirements compliancy; 
    • Leading and supporting design decision meetings; 
    • Validate changes against the current design; 
    • Perform regression analyses. 

    Things you need to be successful 
    You have a pioneering spirit and are motivated by the opportunity to help clients by providing them with innovative solutions to complex technical problems in the Space domain. You have advanced analytic skills and are a quick learner. You are a leader in your domain and maintain client relationships on technical level. You also have: 
    • An University or Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Information Technology/Security, or equivalent. 
    • Relevant working experience (>8 years) 
    • Experience with working in SatCom projects 
    • Knowledge of ICT systems 
    • Experience with System Engineering processes 
    • Knowledge of security risk analysis and security design is desirable.
