    En nous rejoignant à ce poste, vous intégrez notre équipe de 5 personnes spécialisées en paie. Vous êtes chargé(e) de :

    - L’analyse et du traitement des données en vue de l’élaboration de la paie de l'ensemble du CNES et ses différents types de population (et notamment établissement des soldes de tout compte, suspension de contrat, mobilité, expatriation, suivi des IJSS).

    - Prendre en charge la réalisation et le contrôle d’opérations transverses et de fin d’exercice, telles que les NAO, la prime de fin d’année, la régularisation 1/10, les refacturations.

    - Participer à l’établissement des déclarations mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles (DSN).

    - Prendre en charge les contrôles de paie.

    Par ailleurs, vous garantissez la mise à jour les procédures internes et veillez à l’application des règles en matière de réglementation CNES ainsi que des règles de législation sociale. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le service administration générale pour l’élaboration de dossiers requérants la double compétence administrative et paie.

    Enfin, vous participez aux recettes du logiciel de paie et de toutes évolutions législatives. Vous contribuez à l’évolution des activités de la paie dans la mise en œuvre de la digitalisation progressive des métiers RH.

     

    Profil de candidat recherché :

    De formation supérieure en comptabilité-gestion ou ressources humaines avec une spécialité paie, vous avez acquis une compétence opérationnelle de la paie d’au moins 5 ans dans un service paie ou en cabinet comptable.

    Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de la législation sociale en matière de droit du travail et des cotisations sociales. Vous connaissez un Système d'Information de préférence HR Access et, si possible, SAP, et maîtrisez les outils bureautique Windows. 

    Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise avec les chiffres et l’outil informatique. Votre rigueur, votre capacité à vous intégrer dans une équipe, et à coopérer, votre respect de la confidentialité et des délais, et votre sens du service seront des atouts importants pour réussir et vous épanouir dans ce poste.
