Support organising events such as conferences, workshops, presentation to (internal and external) stakeholders, etc.
Support the organisation of internal communication activities and coordinate all TIA-T related communication activities;
Work in close coordination with TIA Communication Officer ensuring accurate and timely input;
Support coordination of collecting articles to be publish on/in (social) media;
Dealing with incoming telephone calls and information requests;
Support general administrative tasks i.a. analysing incoming correspondence and documentation and managing distribution of outgoing correspondence and documentation;
Education as per Job Class;
A good sense of organisation;
Good command of English, especially written. Knowledge of another main European languages is an asset;
Interest and good understanding of ESA and TIA Programmes and related activities;
A developed sense for initiatives and strong organisational skills.
