Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop work processes and specifications related to Processes/Safety Management System (SMS)
- Leading/coaching teams and training as an authority on technical matters relating to SMS
- Organize, lead, and perform regular SMS risk assessments in interdisciplinary teams (Ensure consistency between product lines)
- Coach and mentor engineering/production/maintenance teams in Part 21/145/147 and other legal requirements
- Develop and document SMS concepts & culture
- Attend change management meetings and deduce actions
- Support regular report outs with the leadership team
- Advise on legal and normative requirements
- Research (and stay current) of relevant standards, regulations, and directives
- Work with remote team members from a diverse array of disciplines to utilizing a strong attention to detail to complete project work without direct, day-to-day supervision
- Participate in industrial working and policy groups
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory Czech and English language
- University degree preferably in technical area or Risk Management or Safety Management or Aerospace
Nice to have/welcomed
- Experience in Safety management
- Experience in Aerospace/Aviation
- Knowledge of FMEA and other Risk Management techniques
- Knowledge of requlatory requirements (Part 21/Part 145/Part 147)
- Knowledge of Quality Management
