Position:
For new and challenging projects, we are looking for professionals from the space sector with passion and motivation to becoming part of a big team with importance goals. In particular a Sales Manager (M/W).
As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Vega launch Services marketing and sales activity;
- Coordinate the internal process for issuing launch services commercial offers;
- For each customer:
- Establish a plan of action for the capture and structure the commercial proposal;
- Coordinate the preparation of the commercial proposal involving the different internal entities (technical, program, finance);
- Coordinate and manage the negotiation of launch services contracts;
- Finalize the Launch Services Agreement in coordination with the Contract Officer and the legal department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in the space industry or a related field;
- Deep understanding of the space sector landscape, including industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
