You will lead team of approx. 8 ground test engineers (sub department of flight & ground test so called bench test/ground test domain focusing on equipment to system level testing on bench);
You provide technical and managerial (disciplinary role) direction to young and motivated engineers within system Bench test/ground test domain;
Being a product owner, you will be an active part of Product Increment (PI) planning and representing ground test team;
Responsible for PI based test task planning, effort & resource estimation and support head of flight and ground test in the activity;
You manage testing and validation projects and timelines, equipment, and staff logistics within your domain;
Responsible and Lead/actively guide team in selecting/developing test instrumentation, Test rigs and benches;
Manage Equipment functional testing, Endurance testing on ground and DO160 based lab/environmental testing;
You and your team support engineering with test requirements review and test plans preparation;
You will work closely with our certification department, flight test team, SW and HW development team.

Master’s Degree as aviation engineer, electrical engineering, computer engineering or similar;
5+ years of professional experience in system bench testing/equipment testing domain (aviation and/or automotive);
2+ years of test manager experience;
2 + year of disciplinary lead experience;
Must have: Deep understanding of equipment level testing to UAS level testing including SW, HW and system integration steps;
Must have: Professional working experience in environmental testing (DO 160 G) and able to define test strategy of product durability and reliability evaluation;
Must have: Working know-how of test-driven development, Experience based testing and iterative V – based production development cycle;
Working know-how of Jira, Visure (requirement management tool), Python;
Working know-how of PX-4 auto flight-controller, eVTOL UAS/manned aircraft system;
Nice to have: good experience in manned/unmanned aviation, experience with EASA and FAA relevant content or similar is a plus.
