Tasks to be performed:
- Coordinate, as main responsible, the complete life of the projects assigned: planning, execution and closure;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget with the quality standards and procedures of the company;
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and appropriate risk management;
- Coordinate project communications, managing the iteration with project stakeholders as subcontractors, partners and customers;
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Report and escalate to management as needed;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required skills, experience and candidate profile:
- University degree in Engineering. Specialization in Aerospace, Mechanics, Industrial, Microelectronics, Electronics Telecommunications systems or FW/SW;
- Relevant experience (more than 7 years);
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI methodologies) is desirable;
- Previous experience in space projects desirable;
- Knowledge of aerospace quality standards desirable;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite;
- Proactive, autonomous and team player;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers;
- Proficient in English;
- Eligible to work in the EU.
