Your missions and responsibilities will be as follows:

As part of the development of its launcher, Sirius Space Services is looking to recruit a Mission Analysis & Simulation Engineer for June 2024. This position will be based in the Mission Analysis team.

  • Study of different configurations and modeling of flight scenarios for launch into space orbit;
  • Optimization of trajectories and performance of the SIRIUS launcher range;
  • Compatibility study/analysis with satellite manufacturers;
  • Development of internal Mission Analysis tools;
  • Participation in flight backup studies;
  • Drafting of technical specifications;
  • Drafting of associated technical documentation.

We are looking for collaborators who invest and adapt themselves quickly:

  • Graduate engineer or Master's degree, specializing in aerospace, with 2 to 5 years' previous experience in Mission Analysis;
  • Proficiency in ASTOS trajectory optimization software or equivalent preferred;
  • You have already participated in the development of trajectographic study and/or optimization software (3DoF & 6DoF);
  • Matlab Simulink skills;
  • Python skills would be a plus;
  • General knowledge of launchers appreciated and recommended;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Your level of English enables you to communicate, interpret and write technical documentation.
