About the role

Reporting to the COO, your role will be to create and lead Beyond Aero Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with aviation regulations, industry standards, and company policies and make it compatible with certification, market needs and production requirements.

In details, you'll:

Implement the basis for Quality and Safety Management Systems, conducting inspections of operational processes, facilities, and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality & safety standards;
Establish and maintain quality objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the QMS and drive continuous improvement ensuring timely the appropriate certifications (eg. POA);
Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and suppliers regarding quality-related matters, including audits, inspections, and certifications;
Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and safety incidents, leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions, as necessary;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Certification, Program, Testing, and Supply Chain, to identify areas for quality improvement and implement best practices;
Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees to enhance awareness and understanding of quality & safety standards, procedures, and regulations.

About you

You possess an advanced degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field;
You have a proven experience in quality management systems in the aviation industry (EN 9100 or similar);
You already set up a quality management system from scratch in the aeronautics industry, i.e. as part of a start-up structuring or subsidiary creation;
Ability to manage relationships with regulatory authorities and certification bodies;
Excellent communication and leadership skills to federate on your subject;
You are able to challenge existing process and your management in a spirit of continuous improvement;
You have an experience in a multi-cultural environment and understand international diversity;
Attracted to increasing levels of responsibility over time.
