Team Leader - Quality Operations

WHAT AWAITS YOU AT MYNARIC

  • You will lead a team of Quality Engineers which includes to guide the team on Non Conformity management, Root cause & Corrective actions using Quality methodology of prioritization, KPIs & Quality tools (Ishikawa, DOE, APQP), Process Plan review and approval, ERP Development;
  • Provide disciplinary leadership: Manage and motivate the team, monitor execution, manage performance, decide on recruitment, promotions and salary reviews. Ensure that the team and the skills available are in line with the company’s business objectives. Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment where people can perform at their best;
  • In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the team supports other teams working in Assembly, Integration & Test, Optics, SMT and Testing;
  • You will be the focal point for the change control board and will be responsible for the implementation of approved changes;
  • You will have an overview of quality operations projects and improvements, and drive them forward;
  • You will contribute to the development of processes and procedures. Ensure that existing company processes, best practices and quality standards are maintained and developed to keep pace with industry trends;
  • You will structure the area KPI´s and Industry 4.0 concept;
  • You will be part of an amazing team to innovate, create and improve Quality requirements, procedures to achieve quality world class results.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
  • Proficiency in people management, or willingness to grow into the role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Extensive experience in a multi-disciplinary project environment in a disruptive product;
  • Knowledge of IT tools like PowerBI, SQL, SAP and MES;
  • A big plus would be several years' experience in an aerospace company;
  • Results-oriented, reliable, and pro-active person, that works responsibly and independently;
  • Proven ability to coordinate across disciplines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Experienced in setting up and leading multi-cultural teams and supporting junior members to expand their skillset;
  • You enjoy working in an innovative, dynamic, and team-oriented environment;
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
