  • ACeS: The Asia Cellular Satellite (ACeS) System is a satellite - based mobile communications system providing  services to user terminals deployed anywhere in the Asian service area. ACeS is the first integrated satellite-GSM system in the world.
  • APT Satellite Holdings: APT Group commenced its operation in 1992. It currently owns and operates five in-orbit satellites, namely, APSTAR 1, APSTAR 1A, APSTAR 2R, APSTAR 5, and APSTAR 6 (“APSTAR Systems”) covering regions in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia approximately 75% of the World’s population.
  • Arabsat: Founded in 1976 by the 21 member-states of the Arab League, Arabsat has been serving the growing needs of the Arab world for over 30 years. Now one of the world’s top satellite operators, and by far the leading satellite services provider in the Arab world, it carries over 400 TV channels and 160 Radio stations, reaching tens of millions of homes in more than 100 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Central Asia.
  • Argos: Argos is a satellite-based system which collects, processes and disseminates environmental data from fixed and mobile platforms worldwide.  What makes Argos unique is the ability to geographically locate the source of the data anywhere on the Earth.  For over 20 years, Argos has provided data to environmental research and protection communities that, in many cases, was otherwise unobtainable.  The system is fully proven and highly reliable.
  • ARSAT: ARSAT is a government-owned corporation which started operating in July 2006. ARSAT has exclusive rights to operate and commercialize geostationary orbital position 81W in ku band (North & South America) and C band (Hemispheric coverage). ARSAT covers the whole Latin American southern area, delivering satellite bandwidth for all kinds of service: voice, data, audio and video.
  • Asia Broadcast Satellite: Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS) is one of the fastest growing premium satellite operators in the world. ABS’s satellite fleet includes four operational satellites with a fifth satellite (ABS-2) under construction and expected to be launched in 2013, providing coverage over Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and CIS countries.
  • AsiaSat: Asia Satellite Telecommunications Company Limited (AsiaSat) was formed in 1988 as Asia's first privately owned regional satellite operator. Since the launch of its first satellite, AsiaSat 1, on 7th April 1990, the company has been dedicated to providing high quality satellite services in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Astrovision: AstroVision will provide the first live, color coverage of Earth in history. A system of AVStar satellites will carry high-resolution cameras in geostationary orbit—resulting in seamless, around-the-clock, global observations of the Earth.
  • Avanti Communications: Avanti Communications sells satellite broadband services to telecoms companies which use them to supply residential, enterprise and institutional users. Avanti's first satellite, called HYLAS 1, launched on 26 November 2010 and is the first superfast broadband satellite launched in Europe. Avanti's second satellite called HYLAS 2 is fully funded and will launch in Q2 2012. It will extend Avanti's coverage to Africa and the Middle East.
  • China Satellite Communications: China Satellite Communications Co.,  Ltd. (China Satcom) is a main subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) specialized in satellite communications and broadcasting services. China Satcom, as a satellite operator, not only owns rich satellite resources and Basic telecommunications business license, but also is nominated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) as a first-class national team specialized in emergency communications.
  • DigitalGlobe: DigitalGlobe® was founded in 1992 as an Earth imaging and information company. That same year, it was the first company ever to receive a high-resolution commercial remote sensing license from the U.S. Government under the Land Remote Sensing Policy Act. With the launch of its QuickBird satellite in October 2001, DigitalGlobe became the world’s highest resolution commercial satellite imagery provider. Today, DigitalGlobe employs more than 350 people and is leading the industry into the next generation of commercial satellite imaging with the planned launch of its WorldView system.
  • EarthSat: Earth Satellite Corporation (Renamed MDA Federal Inc.) is an international professional services firm which specializes in the development and application of remote sensing and geographic information technologies (GIS). EarthSat is a world leader in the utilization of remote sensing data from aircraft and satellites and is the largest commercial provider of enhanced satellite imagery. 
  • Echostar: Headquartered in Englewood, CO, EchoStar delivers satellite broadband and transport services for enterprises, governments, small businesses, and consumers using 10 satellites and related broadcast licenses around the globe. 
  • Ellipso: Ellipso, Inc., a pioneer in satellite system design, has established itself as a world's premier innovator by creating patented orbital architectures that employ scarce radio spectrum. Ellipso and its subsidiaries hold over twenty patents in satellite system architecture and related technologies.
  • ESSP: The ESSP (European Satellite Services Provider) was founded on 2001 and initially formed as an European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG). This legal form was appropriate for the development phase of the company. In 2008 the ESSP was transformed into a new company of limited liability - the ESSP- SAS, and moved from Brussels to Toulouse. The main purpose of the ESSP is to deploy the Contract with the European Commission (signed 2009) that entitles the company to become the EGNOS system operator and EGNOS Safety of Life (SoL) service provider, in particular for civil aviation.
  • Eumetsat: The main purpose of the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT) is to deliver weather and climate-related satellite data, images and products– 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This information is supplied to the National Meteorological Services of the organisation's Member and Cooperating States in Europe, as well as other users world-wide. EUMETSAT is an international organisation and was founded in 1986.
  • Eutelsat: Through capacity commercialised on 24 satellites providing coverage from the Americas to the Pacific, Eutelsat is one of the world’s leading satellite operators. Eutelsat's satellites offer a broad portfolio of services that include television and radio broadcasting for the consumer public, professional video broadcasting, corporate networks, Internet services and mobile communications. 
  • GE-Satcom: GE - Satcom provides access to over 30 satellites; GE-Satcom owns two state-of-the-art teleport centers in Germany and Switzerland. Today, GE - Satcom has successfully deployed around 10,000 VSAT sites in over 130 countries, providing turnkey satellite network solutions directly to enterprises, maritime operators, NGOs and government entities which require reliable access to the Internet, telephony, large data transmission and TV content applications from dispersed locations.
  • Globalstar: Globalstar is a leading provider of mobile satellite voice and data services. Globalstar offers these services to commercial customers and recreational consumers in more than 120 countries around the world. Global customer segments include: oil and gas, government, mining, forestry, commercial fishing, utilities, military, transportation, heavy construction, emergency preparedness, and business continuity as well as individual recreational consumers.
  • Hellas Sat: Hellas Sat is a subsidiary of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation (OTE S.A.), the largest telecommunications provider in South East Europe. Hellas Sat is licensed by the governments of Greece and Cyprus and was established in August 2001. Hellas Sat owns and operates the HELLAS SAT 2 high power and advanced satellite located at 39° East which was successfully launched in May 2003.
  • Hisdesat: HISDESAT was established as the first commercial supplier in the world to provide satellite communication services in X and Ka Band for government applications exclusively. In order to provide these services, HISDESAT has the XTAR - EUR satellite, which was launched in February 2005 and is located at 29º East and on the satellite SPAINSAT, which was launched in March 2006 and is located at 30º West.
  • Hispasat: Since its establishment in 1989 HISPASAT has managed to consolidate its position as a leading reference in the distribution of satellite television and radio channels and the transmission of digital television platforms in Europe, America and North Africa.
  • ICO Global Communication: ICO is creating a satellite-based mobile communications system designed primarily to provide services to handheld phones. The system will offer digital voice, data, fax and a suite of messaging services worldwide.
  • ImageSat International: ImageSat International N.V. is an international company and a commercial provider of high-resolution, satellite earth-imagery collected by its Earth Remote Observation Satellite (EROS). On December 5, 2000 ImageSat successfully launched its first satellite, EROS A, aboard a Russian Start-1 launch vehicle. In so doing, ImageSat became the second company in the world to successfully deploy a non-governmentally owned high-resolution imaging satellite.
  • Inmarsat: Established in 1979 to serve the maritime industry by developing satellite communications for ship management and distress and safety applications, Inmarsat currently operates a global satellite system which is used by independent service providers to offer an unparalleled range of voice and multimedia communications for customers on the move or in remote locations.
  • Intelsat: Intelsat is the leading provider of satellite services worldwide. For over 45 years, Intelsat has been delivering information and entertainment for many of the world’s leading media and network companies, multinational corporations, Internet Service Providers and governmental agencies.
  • Intersputnik: The Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications was established in 1971 under the intergovernmental Agreement of November 15, 1971 on the Establishment of the Intersputnik International System and Organization of Space Communications (hereinafter – ‘the Intersputnik Agreement’). It is an international intergovernmental organization headquartered in Moscow.   • MABUHAY Philippines Satellite Corporation: Mabuhay Satellite Corporation (MSC) is the first and only Philippine satellite operator. MSC is engaged in the business of owning, operating and maintaining international satellite facilities and other forms of telecommunications equipment capable of providing international and domestic communication links to telecommunications, broadcast and other public utility companies in the Philippines and other countries.
  • MEASAT: Since 1996, MEASAT has been providing reliable satellite solutions to customers across the Asia-Pacific region.   • Nilesat: The Egyptian Satellite Company, Nilesat, is a joint-stock company operating under the Free Zone Law in 6th of October City, and the name of a series of Egyptian communications satellites. It was established in 1996 to operate Egyptian satellites, associated ground control stations and uplinking facilities. It has launched 2 satellites to the 7° West orbital neighborhood (Nilesat 101 and Nilesat 102), and launched its second generation satellite, NILESAT 201 in August 2010.
  • 03b Networks: O3b Networks is building a new fiber-quality, satellite-based, global Internet backbone for telecommunications operators (telcos) and Internet service providers (ISPs) in emerging markets. The O3b Networks system will combine global reach and the speed of a fiber-optic network.   • Orbcomm: ORBCOMM is a leading global satellite data communications company, focused on Machine-to- Machine (M2M) communications.   • RASCOM: RASCOM's mission is to design, implement, operate and maintain the space segment of the African telecommunications satellite system and translate into services and tools for African integration, all the opportunities provided by satellites by linking it, where necessary, with any other appropriate technology.
  • RSCC: RSCC (Russian Satellite Communications Company) possesses the largest constellation of geo-stationary communication and broadcasting satellites in Russia comprising ten spacecraft, well-developed ground infrastructure of teleports and fiber-optic communication links. They provide services across the globe. However their attention is mostly focused on projects for deployment of satellite networks across Russia and CIS countries.
  • Satmex: Based in Mexico City, Satmex, a partnership between Principia, Loral Space & Communications, and the Mexican Federal Government,delivers voice, data, IP and video services, such as DTH (direct-to-home) applications, broadcast television, distance learning, Internet connectivity, government channels and radio. Satmex currently operates three satellites: Solidaridad 1, Solidaridad 2 and Satmex 5.
  • SES: SES is a world-leading satellite operator with a fleet of 47 geostationary satellites. The company provides satellite communications services to broadcasters, content and internet service providers, mobile and fixed network operators and business and governmental organisations worldwide.
  • SiriusXM Radio: Sirius XM Radio is America's satellite radio company. SiriusXM broadcasts more than 135 satellite radio channels of commercial-free music, and premier sports, news, talk, entertainment, traffic, weather, and data services to over 21 million subscribers. SiriusXM offers an array of content from many of the biggest names in entertainment, as well as from professional sports leagues, major colleges, and national news and talk providers.

  • Thaicom:  Currently, THAICOM Plc. operates four types of businesses including satellite transponder leasing and related services, internet-related services, telephone-related services (overseas), and telephone directories and distribution.
  • Thuraya: Thuraya Telecommunications Company is a world-leading mobile satellite service provider of voice, data, maritime, rural telephony, fleet management and other telecommunication solutions in remote areas.   • Turksat: Turksat A.S. is the only satellite operator company in Turkey. Turksat manages and operates three satellites (Turksat 1C, Turksat 2A, Turksat 3A) and provides all types of satellite communications through Turksat and other satellites.
