About the position:

As a CRM Manager and part of our Sales & Marketing Department, you will spearhead our efforts to improve our customer relationship strategies using Hubspot. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our customer workflows and nurturing strategies, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction through insightful surveys and interaction analysis. An essential part of your role will be to assist in converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and accelerating lead conversion by empowering our sales team to identify and convert qualified leads effectively. Your innovative and strategic approach will be crucial in building a robust pipeline that contributes to the company's growth and revenue goals.


Workflow and Nurturing Strategy Design:

  • Conceptualize, design, and implement effective workflows within HubSpot to streamline customer engagement and enhance the customer journey.

Customer Segmentation & Persona Development:

  • Create detailed customer segments and buyer personas, tailoring personalized engagement scenarios to meet diverse customer needs.

Customer Retention and Satisfaction:

  • Develop strategies and initiatives to retain customers, develop cross-selling opportunities and elevate customer satisfaction. This will include creating and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys to glean actionable insights.

Database Management:

  • Take charge of our CRM database, ensuring it is continuously expanded, enriched, cleaned, and updated to maintain its accuracy and utility.

Post-Event Lead Management:

  • Assist the sales team in uploading new contacts into Hubspot post-events, analyzing lead data, and conducting effective follow-up to ensure maximum conversion of acquired leads.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Construct comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor analytics, campaign performance, and derive insights for continuous improvement.


  • Continually assess and optimize CRM strategies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Training & Support:

  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members on Hubspot’s features and best practices.

Market Research & Trends:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in CRM, suggesting and implementing new technologies/integrations or approaches as appropriate.

Profile required:

Our next CRM Manager should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of CRM project management experience. Fluent in English with excellent writing skills, you have a proven track record in CRM, preferably with expertise in Hubspot.

Your knowledge of CRM best practices, B2B marketing, and ability to propose innovative solutions showcase your dynamism. Strong analytical skills, experience in reporting, and proficiency in market research underline your strategic approach.
